FirstCheck.App uses the following third-party services in its operation:

• Anthropic API — powers the AI research and report generation engine. Entity research data is processed through Anthropic's API in accordance with Anthropic's privacy and data handling policies.
• Vercel — hosts the platform. Standard server logs may be maintained by Vercel in accordance with their privacy policy.
• FormSubmit — processes form submissions and forwards them to our email. No data is stored by FormSubmit beyond transmission.

We do not control the privacy practices of these third-party services and encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

6. International Users

FirstCheck.App is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the platform from outside the United States, including from the European Union or United Kingdom, please be aware that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
