Refund and Satisfaction Policy

1. Report Credits

Report credits are available for purchase individually or in multi-credit packages and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Credits are non-transferable and may not be resold or shared with third parties.

2. Failed Reports

If a report fails to generate due to a system error or timeout, the credit is automatically preserved and may be used for a subsequent attempt at no additional charge. No refund is issued for failed report attempts as the credit remains available for reuse.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Purchased credits have not been used and a refund is requested within 7 days of purchase.
• A technical error prevented report generation and the issue cannot be resolved within 5 business days of the reported error.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds are not available for:

• Reports that were successfully generated, regardless of findings or conclusions.
• Partially used credit packages.
• Credits that have expired after the 12-month validity period.
• Dissatisfaction with report findings or conclusions. FirstCheck.App is a research tool and findings reflect publicly available information at the time of generation. The accuracy or completeness of open-source information is outside FirstCheck.App's control.

5. Satisfaction Commitment

If you believe a report contains a material factual error attributable to our methodology rather than the limitations of publicly available sources, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of report generation. We will review the concern and, at our discretion, offer a replacement report credit.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order reference and a brief description of the reason for your request. Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Governing Law

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
